The City of Centerville court system is operated through the Kettering Municipal Court, 2325 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio 45420. The Court can be reached at (937) 296-2466 and on the web at www.ketteringmunicipalcourt.org. Misdemeanor cases, arraignment and traffic violations are heard in court on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Preliminary hearings on felony cases are heard on Tuesdays and Fridays when scheduled. Jury trials are heard on Wednesdays, when scheduled. Presiding over all cases in Kettering Municipal Court is the Honorable Robert L. Moore and the Honorable Thomas Hanna.
